Default Auto headlight does not work

I have a 05 Sebring Cont. When i turn switch to auto headligh possition while engine on, no light is turned on(inside nor out side, day or night). When i shut down the engine and took the key out, the head light when on for 90 sec. When i turn the light on and off manually everything work fine. What is wrong with the switch? help anyone ?

Read your owners manual. It's an auto-off feature. It turns the headlights off automatically after a delay so you can walk into your house with some light.

It's not designed to turn the lights on automatically.

Automatic headlight was working fine 4,5 days ago... Automatic turn on at night, turn off on daytime and delay in 90 shut off after the key out... The problem just start ....when engine on, the switch in the auto mode, at night...no light is on...when turn off engine, take the key out ... the headlight turn on for 90 sec then off ...turn the switch on off manually ...everything work nomal...strange

It seem like the dusk sensor does not turn on the light...or the switch it self failure ...the headlight relay seem to be ok
