Body Mount Bushings

Body Mount Bushings
I'm thinking of buying this 2007 2.7 liter Sebring Touring with 70k miles on the clock.
needs a couple of O2 sensors replaced but otherwise it looks and drives like the low mileage car that it is.
Apart from the 2.7 liter engine issue, the thing that concerns me a bit is the body mount bushings which seem to be reduced to a rusted mess. In fact, the underneath of the car is a bit strange because the car bodywork is completely pristine with virtually no rust at all despite spending its life in Nova Scotia, but the suspension elements are really quite rusted.
I'm wondering if this is going to be a money pit..
I'm posting some photos and I'd be grateful for any thoughts!

Looks like mostly surface rust, typical of 10 years exposure to salted winter roads. Nobody is going to venture a verdict on the safety of the car from a few pictures, but if you're concerned, take it to a mechanic, get it up on a hoist and pay him for a professional opinion.
You've gotta expect to replace some suspension components on a 10-year-old car.
