Brake lights not working

Brake lights not working
I have an 05 and the left side barake light and the center brake light are not working. pulled the tail light assembly and bulbs appear to be ok. could this be a wiring issue or do I need to replace bulbs even though they appear to be ok? Thanks for any ideas
