Default broken tire screw/bolt on a Sebring 2008

Hello

If anyone knows please tell me what is the exact name of a tire screw (the 5 screws that holds the rim) in order to look on the net to buy it.
And as well, please tell me how could i change it... if it's not too complicated or at least a video with something similar...
The screw was stuck in the nut and broke when i tried to unscrew it.
PS. Is it safe enough to go around on 4 screws only?(front wheel)

Thanks!!

It's called a "stud". With the right tool, you can easily press it out of the hub. You might be able to get the tool on loan from a local auto parts store, but if not, it's an easy repair for a shop. You might be able to pound it out with a hammer and a punch but that's a very bad idea and will probably wind up damaging the bearing.

Driving around on four studs is not a good idea. The manufacturer put five of them in there for a reason. They don't spend extra money on the cars they build for no reason.
