Cam and Crank Sensor Intermit...NO ONE CAN FIGURE THIS OUT....PLS HELP!!!

I had a problem where the reader said had said the cam shaft sensor was bad. Couldn't get over 2500 RPM randomly. Take 5 minutes and replace the cam shaft sensor.
You stated in your OP that the problem was the sensors. You should be focusing on the sensors!
