I have an 07 sebring touring. My check engine light is on. When turning on the car, after started there is a ratteling noise around the timing belt. Also when I drive in rainy weather my car dies at long stops. Please help me find out whats wrng.

Check engine light is on because one of the electronic sensors your car is full of "senses" an error or an issue in the engine, exhaust system, etc. Go to a auto parts store like AutoZone or a shop (many do it for free) and have them plug a code reader to your car. That device will show the code(-s) that are stored in the computer of your car. Those codes will point to the problem area as every code has a description.
