Default Convertible Top Adjustment Question?

I have an '01 LX convertible and would like to know how to adjust how tight the top latches to the "A" pillar. The left front squeezes very tightly but the right side is somewhat loose and I'm getting a small leak when it rains. I'm hoping that there is a way to bring the hook closer to the top thereby giving me a tighter seal. Thanks for any help.

Default RE: Convertible Top Adjustment Question?

While haven't had to adjust mine yet on this one, my other 'verts have had this adjustment. Check to see if the hook doesn't have a threaded section where it enters the header frame. I would think a twist or two should tighten it up. You should be able to "feel" the tightness approach that of the passenger side.

I'll have to check this out, if I my mechanic can get rid of the shake I've got! [:@]

Best of Luck!
