How do you adjust the driver door latch in a 1999 Chrysler Sebring

Loosen the screws using the proper sized torx tool. Move as necessary. Tighten the screws.

There's another way for a door that's a little low: Bend the door up using a floor jack. With the car on a level, flat, hard surface, and with the door open, place a substantial piece of wood under the door and jack up on the wood. Be very careful and don't push up with any more force than necessary. You won't notice the door bending so check the latching action frequently and stop when it is correct.
