Default Electrical problem on 97 Convertible!

Hello I have a 1997 Sebring Convertible with 130,000 miles that has a new problem, my wife went to start it this morning it started but ran rough, and the whole gauge clusterwas dead expect for the airbag light and flashers have a very dim glow to them, and the power seat didnt work. Came back to it 4 hours later at lunch and all is well, running great, gauges work, seat moves, all is well. Got home from work 6 hours later and its back to the same issues as the morning but runs great. Looking to see if anybody has any idea what could be the problem. I had removed the gauge cluster at about 90 thousand for the tach, milage not working problemand fixed that, but this is a whole new problem. Any help would be great!
