so the X from the picture is the throttle body right ?
can i clean it from the top, taking the hose that comes from the air filter off ?
or should i take the throttle body out completly ?
i m just a beginner, that's why i have a lot of questions for you guys.

Your best bet is to take it out. Be careful with it and don't scratch it or use something aggressive on it like steel wool or a wire brush.
Don't forgetabout the PCV valve. It is designed to pull gasses from the crankcase through the engine and burn them. It's a possible explanantion for your fouled plugs and lousy idle. I'd go for that first.
Spend 25 bucks or so and get yourself a manual like a Haynes and spend some time reading through it. It'll pay for itself many times over. You'll save time, money and aggravation when you know what you are doing before you start a repair.

So, the PCV valve works fine.
While the car was idleing, I took the hose with the valve on it and it sucked air pretty strong. Also, the valve is not obstructed because when I shook it, it made a strong sound.
I cleaned a little bit the throttle body and to be honest, it didn't look very dirty.
But I will take the entire throttle body and will clean the inside also.
Do you guys have any other idea why the car is starving for more air?
