My heat works fine with lights off but when I turn headlights on cold air comes from the dash defrost no matter what I do and the rear defrost never works regardless and when I do turn my lights on no lights come on for the ***** and temp controls but every other light comes on the dash the radio etc only that area of the dash

 

Sounds like a bad ground. Check all ground wires you can find. Loosen the screws and re-tighten them.
