Heater not working
hello,
My 2006 Chrysler sebring 2.7L v6, heater is not working( only on high which is #4).
Water pump and thermostat was replace 3-4 months ago( everything was working until yesterday morning and the winter months are fast approaching.
Alternator was replace 2 weeks ago.
Is ideas why is not working on 1- 3
I look on Youtube and found a video showing how to replace the resistor for the blower motor, it shown that the resistor is located under the front passenger side below the glove compartment.
Any ideas.
Does any know where the blower motor resistor located.

When the resistors blow out, you only get high speed on the fan. That's your problem. The resistor is located down under the glove box area just like you described in the video you mentioned in your post. You have to remove a piece of trim down there to get to it. You'll recognize the resistor. It's got a bunch of wires coming out of it. Remove the screws holding it in place and it will come right out. You might find a replacement at your local auto parts store but easily on line. It's an easy repair for a Do-it-yourselfer.
Glad to hear you were able to repair the heater!
