Default Replaced not fixed

Is there more than one actuator. Mine is unplugged and removed, waiting on replacement and it is still clacking even when no running sometimes.

Yes, there is more than one actuator. With the single zone system there are 3, dual zone has 4. All are identical.

The clacking when not running points to the recirculation door actuator. It is behind the glove box far right and up. It is designed to close after the vehicle is off to keep critters from moving in while parked which is why you hear the clacking when not running. It will automatically open once the vehicle is started so you may hear the clacking at that time.
