how do you pull out the key cylinder if it needs to be replaced

hey I would believe you would get a more accurate answer if you post what year your car is I don't know if all are the same so it is best if you give a more detailed question so if and when you get an answer you get the right one just my 2 cents.

you are correct! this is my first forum post and thank you for the direction. The sebring is a 2002 6 cyld 4dsd lxi. last nite after reading an old forum I tried wd40 and a few taps which set the cylinder free and the car started, however it is difficult to do and I do not think my wife will have the strength. Is this an indication that I will be needing to replace the cylinder and if so are they made specific to the key or not and how do I replace it?

a key cly would be needed the tumbers will need to be replaced or reused from the old one.
