Missing Emissions label

Default Missing Emissions label
Help, Just replaced my Cirrus with a 06 Sebring BUT I can't find the emissions label to see if it is a CA car. Any ideas of where to start. I can't find it in engine compartment.

Take your VIN and your question to the parts guy at a Chrysler dealership. He will be able to look up the build history for the car. Bring some donuts.
