Can someone tell me the name of the part circled in the image.

The part is called an "applique" which is a fairly generic name like "molding". The specific part number for your vehicle will depend on the model year, trim level and side of the vehicle you need. Your best source would be a dealership. Just bring your VIN to the parts counter. The parts guy can look up the part if you just tell him where it is located on the car (trim piece behind the left rear door.) He will be able to pull up a diagram for you to look at and confirm that's what you want. You won't need a part number or exact name.
