P1489 & P1490 High & Low Speed Cooling Fan Relay Failure. I checked both relays (good). I jumpered relay socket terminals and both fans work. Where does the signal "to" the relays come from. Haynes Schematic is worthless here. Anyone have a good schematic of this system?? Thanks, Joe (2001 Sebring Sedan, 2.7L engine)
