"New" car!
First Post!
Long (long!) time Mopar nut here (see sig.) Finally found one of these for sale locally enough.
198k miles. Needs a TON of work, but the little dude on the driver's seat is doing 90%+ of the wrenching on it, in exchange for him getting to drive it when he gets his license in 2.5 years.
It is, however, a 5 speed. First phase is, getting a clutch in it. We're almost done with that (just need to install axles, reassemble hubs/knuckles, bolt the wheels back up, and fill it with fluids) and it'll be back moving under its own power. I'll pay the gov't their money and make it road legal at that point, and we'll drive it for most of the summer, just to shake out things I don't already know needing done. That list is, extensive, to say the least. No biggie though, as I've done it all before. As you can see, this isn't my first cloud car, and assuming the wife doesn't kill me i'll probably pick up others.

no edit? huh.
anyway, comedy video of us pulling the car in to the garage. the cable didn't break; the "attachment" of the winch to the floor was, sub-par.
I secured it better and finished the pull. Sadly I forgot to turn on my camera again.
