Your totally right the dealer isn't Chrysler i shouldn't knock on them, just wanna fix my car and wish Chrysler would stand behind they're cars...I know routine maintenance has to be done by me which i do but there are bigger issues with this car...
Ty tntech etc relearn/calibration I'll definitely give that a shot before i buy a New pcm i think that's where the problem is....I've searched and searched for solutions to this etc issue but I've found nothing through Sebring Owners, but i found one post of a dodge nitro with the same issues and tried many parts that didn't work then tried a New pcm and said there hasn't been one problem with it for 3 months..So hell i guess i'll try the relearn first...Thanks again can't wait to give this a try and hopefully quit pulling out my hair over this problem..

Well, i've seen many times where the T-body will get worn out internally and dead short. That kills the PCM. This may be the scenario you have. From my experiences (on the "World Engine" ) about 60% of the time it's both, 40% it's just T-body.

If you replace a T-body and not the PCM, the T-body should still respond with old PCM. However, you SHOULD recaalibrate it for slightly new ranges on the new T-body.

If a new PCM is installed, you MUST recalibrate/learn ETC, or it will set DTCs related to Tbody and the car will do nothing when you push the gas pedal.

If you put on a new T-body with the original PCM and it still does not respond or responds poorly, you may have an issue with both parts. The DTCs will change, but still be ETC related because you removed the short by replacing the T-body, but the PCM circuits related to it are still malfunctioning.
