no power to fuse & ting still there
Tonight I got my 2002 Sebring LXi convertible back on the ground and running with the new used transmission. Drove it around and all is pretty goof=d, except for the bell sound like tinging in the bell housing. Not sure what that is. Any ideas?
The inside lights, radio, & door locks do not work. I checked that fuse with the easy pull clip on it ( the one tghey pull at the dealer when new so as to not run the battery down when sitting on the lot). The fuse is good, but there is no power to the fuse block at that fuse. Any ideas where I can look for the problem. Where does this circuit draw power from?
Thanks again, George

Power for the IOD fuse comes straight from the battery. If other fuses have power, then the problem has to be internal to the fuse block itself. Make absolutely sure it's not just the fuse before you start tearing that apart.

no power to fuse
I checked the fuse again and it is good. There is no power to that fuse but other fuses are fine. Where does the always on power come from for the iod fuse. I know it is the battery, but does it go some where first or do I just take a wire from the under hood power and splice it into the wire for the fuse?If so which of the 2 wires do I splice it into. Thanks again, George
