Default Noise in the front

There is a rubbing/vibration coming from the driver side front, i's there when you go straight and when you turn left, when you turn the wheel to the right (even slightly) the noise goes away. Any suggestions??

Look for loose body parts first. Then inspect your tires very closely to see if you can spot where something is rubbing against them. Pay particular attention to where your brake lines are routed, as you don't want to rub a hole in them.

Well if its a vibration, first I would check to make sure you have the right torque specs on your lug nuts. I know it sounds trivial but you would be surprised as to how many people over look that small detail. If its a rubbing, I agree to check brake lines. but also check your mud shields, most of those clips are plastic and break easily. Let me know if that helps, if not I can give you a few more things to check.
