Default are o2 sensors in downstream and upstream the same?

Car details, 2010, sebring, engine size 2.4

Notice i need to replace the o2 sensor, just asking are the ones in upstream and downstream the same?

Suggest OE/NTK/Denso only, no Bosch (dont't play well with Chryslers).

Why do you need to replace?

I've heard good things about denso sensors too. might be worth looking into.
