oil light came on
I just got the oil changed a few days ago at a place and had them put in 5w30. Yesterday I am driving around and when i come to a full stop the light will go on and then when i go it goes off. Today I go outside to a cold engine and check the oil level and its right at full and the light didnt come on today at all when I was driving. Is this something I should be concerned about? If its some type of connector or sensor/sender unit is it easy to access and get some volt readings off it to see if its working properly?

There are two possibilities. Either the switch that turns the light on is bad (a known issue on that engine), or your oil pressure is really low. The bad switch is probably more likely and much cheaper to fix, so the logical thing would be to replace the switch and see if that cures the problem.
The switch is accessible from underneath. It's on the back side of the engine, covered by a heat shield. There's a "how to", complete with pictures over on the Chrysler Sebring Convertible Club website. Or, hire it done. It shouldn't be too expensive if your mechanic is familiar with these engines.
