Default P0755 shift solenoid B

I have a 2010 Sebring that I have been chasing the P0755 code in. I replace speed sensor and the shift solenoid. I just tested the power wire coming from the computer and instead of having power its grounded. So I am thinking the computer must be bad. Any thoughts

Make sure the wire isn't rubbing on something that it shouldn't. Eliminate all the cheap fixes before you go after the expensive ones.
