I’ve spent so much time and money trying to get this car right, and I just want an answer. It’s been in and out of the shop all summer. I’ve had the injectors replaced, along with three camshafts, lifters and rockers, and spark plugs. After all that, the check engine light is still on. The shop told me to “just drive it,” saying the ECU might have adapted to the ticking that Pentastar engines are known for.



2014 Chrysler 200 3.6L Touring

The code I’m getting is P219B — air/fuel imbalance on bank two. The strange thing is, the car runs great now. My gas mileage has actually improved, and I haven’t noticed any performance issues at all. Still, the light hasn’t gone away, and it’s frustrating after putting so much into it. I’d really appreciate another opinion or some direction before spending even more money chasing this down.

 

Someone replaced fuel injectors that the computer does not like the resistance to them.
Replace them with OEM or OEM rebuilt injectors the issue will go away,

 

I actually was the one to purchase them. I spent around $800 on 6 of them from rock auto.

 

if they were not mopar they usually will throw that code after replacement.
