PLEASE HELP QUICK
Camshaft position sensor is mounted in the distributor itself. The crankshaft position sensor on the 2.5L V6 is mounted near the seam where the engine and transmission join at the bellhousing. The reference "disc" is bolted between the crankshaft end and the torque converter. The sensor itself is towards the firewall and on top of the bellhousing.

Interesting .... a snip from the eautorepair table of sensors .... Ill have to double check my chiltons manual when I get home.
Camshaft Position (CMP) Sensor (2.4L) At rear of cylinder head, on camshaft.
Crankshaft Position (CKP) Sensor (2.4L) Right rear of engine.
Crankshaft Position (CKP) Sensor (2.5L) At rear of distributor

No prob bandaide ... I was thinking " Uh oh ... one of my resources is lying to me." Im in the Data networking field and have gotten in the habit of checking at least two (sometimes 3 resources). I gotta admit, eautorepair.net doesnt have it all .. but it does have alot for a wannab mechanic like me
