I have a 2008 Sebring hard top convertible in which the rear defrost (and heated side view mirrors) and trunk release button stopped working after the Chrysler dealer had it trying to repair the top that won't go down. They are telling me the electrical line from front to rear is corroded. But these buttons worked for 10 years prior to them trying to fix my top.
​​​​​​The rear defrost button flashes 4 times and goes out...and nothing happens when I push the trunk release button.
I'm frustrated because I was charged $1,000 for them to not fix my top...and now I also don't have a rear defrost, heated mirrors, and trunk release.
Can anyone help me?

If they charged $1000 and did not fix the problem, but made it worse, you might consider going to small claims court. You might get your money back. It sounds like the dealership just doesn't know how to fix the car. Those hardtop convertibles were not a high production model, and it's possible that nobody at the dealership has any experience with that problem on that model. In fact, there may be very few people in the world, if any, who have experience with that problem. You might want to go visit the Chrysler Sebring/200 Convertible Club and ask around over there. Be as specific as you cn be when describing the problems you have encountered.

Also, if there is a corrosion problem, then that means bad connections to wherever those wires are going.
Doing any work around those wires can and more often than not, will cause other issues to pop up.
The only fix, is to fix the corrosion problem, and more than likely, replace that wire harness.

Sadly, that could be your downfall in small claims court, if the dealer tells them that the car needs even more work to correct the original issue.
Especially if you were told that the corrosion repairs and new harness were required, and you declined having the work done.
