Default Rear passenger window not working

Ok, so I just got a 2002 Sebring limited. When I put the (convertible) top down, the passenger rear window doesn't go down. The other windows do go down partially. This is the first Chrysler convertible I've had. I am wondering how hard is it to replace the window motor.

Or, could the window not be operating due to a bad switch. Would it be a bad switch on the drivers door panel or the switch on the center console (convertible top switch).

Is there a way to test the power.....does each window have it's own power fuse and or circuit breaker.

It could be the switch, the motor or the wiring in between, or it could be a mechanical problem with the regulator. There's also a module that runs all the windows down when you put the top down. And no, there is not a fuse/breaker for each window. Somebody's going to have to open things up and get in there with a tester to check for power and shorts and see what the problem is. If you're not comfortable doing it yourself, then your choice is to find a shop manual or hire somebody knowledgeable.
