Default Rear Windows Sebring Convertiable 2004

I have a Sebring Convertiable 2004. The rear windows will not roll down. In addition, the rear windows will not roll down when you drop the top either.
For about 6 months, only one rear window would work when you rolled down the window and dropped the top. Then both sides started doing it.
I would assume the fuses are ok. Would anyone have any ideas?
thank you

I'd start by double checking the fuses. They are in the left end of the dash. You'll have to have the driver's door open to access them. If they are ok, you'll need to get access to the motors to make sure they are getting voltage when the switch in activated. If they aren't you'll be needing to check the switch contacts, locate and check the top relay that controls the windows and check to see if the motors are working if supplied with power straight from the battery. If all of the electrical is ok, then you'll need to check the mechanism and tracks to see if there is any binding.
