If the bulbs are burned out, then you'll need to pull out the instrument cluster to get to them. That's a bit of a chore because you must remove the bezel surrounding the cluster first.
The bulbs are controlled by a signal from the body control computer and the dimmer on the turn signal stalk. Make sure before you do anything else that they have not been dimmed down fully by the control.
It's somewhat unlikely that they all would burn out at once, so there could be something else going on here.

Thanx for help...strange thing is that complete lightning of speedometer, fuel, temerature is out but other things like ABS,hand brake, oil, etc works fine.
Is it possible that fuse has blown...I was checkin fuse box but i can not locate fuse for this.
People in Croatia are very sceptical of Chrysler and there are only few here so I can not ask someone for advice.

Fuse 7 in the fuse block under the cover at the left end of the dashboard controls the instrument panel lights. It also controls the high beam indicator lamp. If that works, then it's not the fuse.
Those other indicator lamps you mention are controlled by fuse 11.
