The torque converter should fill up on it's own. It may take a few cycles going through the gears for it to totally fill. I'm sure that's the buzzing you hear. I deal mostly with older cars but most manuals I have tell you not to fill it. I'm not sure what Chrysler recommends.

Default now just tinging like a bell

I found out a completely empty Sebring automatic transaxle requires 9 quarts of fluid. I put in a total of 8 and eventually got rid of the buzzing, as it warmed up, but I am left with a ting ting bell like noise coming from, ironically, the bell housing. Almost like something is loose. Could the flywheel be slightly bent to where it is hitting on the 2 little tabs on the very end of the engine that have 2 nuts on studs. Looks really close on 1 of them. Thanks for helping. George
