Water Sloshing around / Puddle in back seat
Ive experienced this problem as many others have. Everywhere I've read, says take a wire hanger or something and unjam the drain holes at the bottom of the quarter panel just in front of the wheel well.
I here to tell you that approach may not always work. As you may know, I bought a 97 Sebring to pluck parts from. Im in the process of stripping it. While I was pulling the Hydraulic motor and rag top. I noticed these two tubes running vertically behind the seat. Yep drains. Becase of the design (I had a word doc ready but its upload isnt supported) theres no way you can get a hanger or something in there to clear this up at either end.
There was a kink causing a blockage. This is what I pulled out of the parts car.

I have pics at www.sumncguysebringparts.com of the tube shown in the intial post installed in the car and shows the routing.
