Default 2004 300m problem electrical?

Hi, if any one has any input that would be great, I have a 2004 300m special, about 2 weeks ago I got in started as normal started driving and everything started flickering, everything, like the power was getting cut off but the engine would still run, so i checked battery terminals, and grounds everything was fine, I though alternator but not sure. it acts as though it get no power like flipping a light switch really fast, sometimes very rarely the engine will actually die out. i will try to start again and nothing it acts as though the battery is dead, i wait 2 mins then it starts and drives fine untill it feels like acting up again usually about 15- 20 mins later. Now my fog lights do not come on (interior indicator does) and my high beams will not work (dash indicator indicates they are). anyone at all anyone have any input?
