I cleaned Throttle Body, replaced TB gasket, cleaned MAS Sensor, replaced air filter & cleaned the air filter box. The car runs great now, but if the temperature is 70 or less the TB warning light comes on again. I turn my car off wait a few seconds, restart it, the warning is gone and doesn't come back on until temperature goes back down to 70. Does anyone have a suggestion on what to do now?

 

get the codes from the engine computer

 

Alright, I can go do that now. Does the check engine light or the TB warning light need to be on in order to get a code?

 

I just got back from checking for any codes & there were no codes.

 

.then you need a better scanner to pull the codes that a cheaper code reader will not.

 

You will need a scanner that reads all 3 code types, active, pending (occurs but does not meet active criteria) and stored (previously active but no longer occurring, saved for 30-40 restarts).
