I am asking this question in the hope that some one can assist me in knowing what to expect from having a 72K Klm Log Book Service performed in Sydney (Australia).
I have heard a lot of "Hype" in relation to BAD SERVICE when Dealing with Chrysler in Australia and subsequently have NOT made contact with my local Chrysler Dealer and opted to look for a reputable Mechanic in my area who can perform the same service for me.

I have had my Chrysler for about 4 months now, and I am very satisfied with it, I would like a few things performed with this service and I don't know whether they are inclusive or not when servicing is carried out e.g. UConnect updates: Navigation, Firmware etc

any help would be much appreciated.
