Default 2014 Chrysler 300s steering issue

I have a 2014 300s, and I have been having issues with steering noises and not being able to connect to radio. EVERYTIME I TOOK THE VEHICLE TO DEALERSHIP, THEY SAID IT WORKED...THEN WHEN YOURE OUT OF WARRANTY THEY FIND THE PROBLEMS AND WANT TO CHARGE YOU. THEY LOOK AT HISTORY OF VEHICLE AND THEY LIED ABOUT SEVERAL ISSUES, NOT LISTING THE ISSUES OR SAYING I LEFT@!! I WISHED I SPENT MY MONEY ON ANOTHER CHEVY. I NEVER HAD ISSUES AND WHEN I DID, THEY FIXED THE ISSUES AND GAVE ME AN EXTENDED WARRANTY FOR 12000 MILES. ALL MY VEHICLES, BEFORE THIS VEHICLE, WERE CHEVROLETS.

I went back later, because I travel a lot. They replaced the radio but said the weren't going to deal with the steering issues, noises. I have stated several times that there was a lot of noise, but they want me to pay for it. I shouldn't have to pay for what I made you aware of several times. Then I requested and finally recv the records. Why did they LIE AND SAID I LEFT AND DIDNT WANT THEM TO FIX IT. THIS manager is a racist and his attitude is Nasty at the local Concord Hendricks location. I want it finally repaired

Not a lot of actual (factual) use history offered thru your postings for any member here to give you any suggestions. You say you drive a lot, many suspension items are considered "wear items" from road use, just like tires wear down from use and at best are warrantied on a prorated basis. You also don't state if you bought this NEW or preowned.
As far as stating your opinion on "race" playing a role, it sounds to me that your last "conversations" with them just didn't go the way you wanted them to go, no matter what was explained to you.....MAYBE you do need to go back to a chevy...if they'll have you.

Sorry you feel this way... BUT this is a public forum and is set up for individuals to seek and offer HELP with their Chrysler products. NOT set up to be a "rant page" Give some actual info of just what the problems are with the CAR and someone might be able to help you. Suspension noise and radio problem listed with NO SPECIFICS is a mighty vague way to look for help.

Dang Mriddickm, take a breath. Branding the Serv Mgr a racists, even if you keep it to yourself, seems destructive to what you want to achieve. This ain't Washington style politics.

It sounds to me like your relationship with this dealer is beyond repair. Why not go to another dealership with a calm collaborative approach to your issues? Also, more detail on the problems with your car (as others have suggested) would be helpful to the Forum members who may have experienced similar problems.

We are on your side. Believe it!

Hi Mriddickm,
If you would like any additional support while working with your dealer, feel free to private message us. We'd be happy to connect you with a Case Specialist to assist. Also, if you would like to visit another dealer, I have included a dealer locator link below to help you find one in your area.
