2015 300 Manual Control ***** (?) Not Working
Hi! I just purchased a new-to-me 2015 Chrysler 300 Touring today. The controls for the radio on the steering wheel work fine, the touchscreen/UConnect area is fine. But the manual ***** for A/C, radio, and others right below the touchscreen are not working at all. I had read somewhere to pull a couple of the fuses, then put them back in, and it would work. And a lot of people seemed to have success with that. I pulled the ISC and HVAC module fuses from the rear fuse box, which were good, re-inserted, and it did not work for me. Maybe I didn’t pull the right fuse? Is it possible that the manual controls can be turned off in favor of the touchscreen? My mom is on her 4th 300, and has never encountered this problem. Any suggestions would be appreciated. I got an amazing deal on the car, and I don’t want to have to buy a replacement center stack module or whatever it’s called.
Sorry if my terminology is bad. Never had to deal with any of this before. 🙂
