2018 300 Infotainment lighting has gone dark

2018 300 Infotainment lighting has gone dark
The lighting for my dash gauges and infotainment center has gone extremely dark while Auto lights engaged. If I turn the lights off, the lighting comes back on. Coincidentally, it seems my right front low beam is out. Is this related?
