OK but what is the fault you have with it? the only issue I know of is that it doesn't say english.

 

Sorry Merlin, misunderstood your question. My EVIC does not clear itself when changing from one screen to another, e.g., changing from the 'English' units to Av MPG I get '34 nglish' and so on. Also Av MPG only reads whole numbers, never any decimals. Dealer says they are waititng for a 'fix' from Chrysler, but I have been waiting 7 weeks now!

you don't have the latest levelof software05172122AF is now updated to 05172122AG not sure if it will fix your fault but you are out of date.

Hi Merlin. Received a letter from Chrysler UK MK today after I complained directly to them about the ticking and EVIC problems.
They say that there is a new software flash available which will solve the problems in the EVIC.
Also confirmed that engineers in USA have completed their investigations into the ticking noise and are currently working on a fix. I would be interested to hear what you learn at your meeting.
They glossed over the Gracenotes release, saying they don't know when the next launch date will be. Didn't comment on it already being several updates behind in a new car! Cheers.

Yes this is the software flashthatI posted above.
Grace notes try this web site http://www.mofv.com/mygig/Ticking noise yes same as you got they fixed it but couldn’t tell me what. Not all do it, I took one to the meeting over 400 miles and loved it and no noise at all.

 

Technical now have a fix, you can now contact your dealer and get yours fixed.
