I am looking for a mechanic who can really helo me and who knows about cars and engine..
Although I am tight on budget I am sure some out there can be of help rather than going to a dealer

 

I am experiencing the same issues.

2010 Chrysler 300 Touring 3.5l V6
62K miles- no major repairs-normal driving

I just noticed that the clicking/ ticking noise from my engine has increased after changing from Pennzoil semi-synthetic 10W-30 to valvoline conventional 10W-30. The frequency of the noise increases as I accelerate whether in park or while driving. I asked several technicians and mechanics and was told that it would make no difference to engine if swapping oil types. Has anyone else experienced this issue? What can I do to fix this?
