300 c violent shaking .....PLEASE HELP
I have experienced similar condition, although much milder than he describes. Any looseness in the front end can be compounded by multiple components. My experience was some slight glazing of the rotors, combined with slightly worn tie rod ends and barely worn sway bar bushings. All easy fixes and solved the problem. It mostly occurred under very light braking at speeds over 50mph in a straight line when there was no tension on steering components.
A few hard stops de-glazes the brakes in most cases and when doing so, after stopping don't stop then hold your foot on the brake, but immediately roll on to cool the rotors.

Our 06 300C cannot be driven over 39mph. Left it at my mechanic with all new power stop rotors, pads, and front calipers. He called me about 3: pm and said the brakes were done, he took it out to test and it shook so bad it scared him. He's over 50 and no sissy. He called about 5 while I was out mowing and left a message. He said he found the problem and I'm not going to be happy. Calling in the morning. I will let you know how it gets fixed.

Hello everyone, I will not ghost you. I bought a new 300c in 2007 the rotors were junk period this should be a known issues. At around 10,000 Miles the rotors began to warp. On a trip down the mountain from Lake Tahoe my car started doing exactly what the person in the beginning of this mentioned. Chrysler helped me by installing new pads and rotors even after the 36,000 miles basic warranty provided. I have had a few different after market Rotors installed and they perform ok but not great. I think this part was not a good one from the beginning. I am having some issues with my transmission at the moment or torque converter perhaps. I also hear a growling noise from toward the rear. I was told they replaced the whole drive shaft assembly and yet there is a very significant and disturbing vibration at low RPM levels. Check Max Care Night mare thread.
