THE VIBRATION IS DUE TO THE PLANTARY CAP OR SOMETHING TO THAT EFFECT IN THE TRANSFER CASE.

A SPACER NEEDS TO BE REMOVED AND A NEW CAP INSTALLED. THERE IS A TSB THAT APPLIES TO ALL AWD 300'S
As was stated in my post above with the link to the TSB

Prior to posting my initial post on this subject I did check the fourms TBSs and could not find anything listed about the problem, thats why I posted the link to the TBS when I found it. I looked again prior to this post and still dont see anything regarding this problem, though I may have missed it but I dont think so.
