Default 300c Srt8 mysterious misfire issue

Hello,

I have a 2005 300c srt8, Last year I had problems with cylinder # 6 misfiring at idle, after various checks I diagnosed that it was a failed lifter on the cylinder # 6, so I replaced all 16 lifters along with a new cam. Car became extremely smooth, no issues, no check engine lights, nothing.

Yesterday after around 35000-45000 Kms I noticed that the engine started to shake a bit at idle, as I reached work the misfire became the same type I was having last year. Check light came and it is the same code "Cylinder 6 Misfire"

Later that night I swapped the coils to make sure its not coils, also checked the injectors with the trinity they are good as well.

Kindly help with your experiences what exactly is the problem with my engine? Why specifically cylinder # 6 twice?

The mechanic opened the passenger side head yesterday, all 8 lifters on that side looks pretty good, that means that the cam would be fine as well?
