Exclamation ABS (hydraulic control unit) voltage threshold exceeded

Hi guys,
I'm coming from Europe and have a problem with my 2013Lancia Thema 3.0 V6 (239 HP) i.e. Chrysler 300c as follows:

ABS MODULE (HYDRAULIC CONTROL UNIT) VOLTAGE UNDER LIMIT

This has as a consequence that ABS and ESP lights are on and the CRUISE CONTROL is disabled.

I went couple of times to official dealer, however, the issue could not be resolved yet. They suggest me to replace the whole ABS MODULE UNIT (around 3000 USD).

Had anyone similar issues? My car has only 60000 miles.

Many thanks in advance.
