So I pick up my brand new 2017 300 sport. 2 days in I notice what I have now read about as the "dreaded front suspension noise". Low speed chatter when on a rough surface. 2 visits to the dealer, they had is for 4 days then 12 days. Replaced struts, control arms, sway bar bushings. And then gave up, Chrysler rep stated they are aware of the noise but have no fix at this time. Chrysler care has stopped returning my calls, dealers says there is nothing they can do.
Whats most amazing is how Chrysler has just put there head in the sand.

So now this will be my last Chrysler product, I will spend whats left of my life telling this story to whoever I can. I would rather be telling the story of what great service I had received when there was an issue...

 

Hopefully your issue gets corrected quickly. The dealer should be able to fix your new 300 sport.
