Car won't go

Default Car won't go
This might be a bit off base but I bought a 06 Chrysler 300 C that was totaled to put the running gear and everything into a fiberglass hot rod. I put the front suspension and rear suspension and transmission and motor and molded the dash into this car. My problem is now that when I am driving it, it won't go past 30mph. All of the speed sensors are in place and are funtioning. This car has 18's up front and 20's out back. I am starting to think that this might be the problem. Iam completely lost.
