Default Chrysler 2012 300c Brake Interval

I have a 2012 300c 5.7 hemi with 46k on the clock. Every time I have my tires serviced the tech reports good brake pads still.

Question: How long should I expect these pads to last under easy driving conditions?

After 7 years the car is well over due for fluid R&R and it was my thought to replace the fluid when the pads are replaced. But if the pads are going to last another 2 years maybe I should get the fluid replaced now. The car lives in a humid climate. What do you think?

I went ahead and had the brake fluid replaced. The question remains; How long do brake pads last on these cars?
