Chrysler 300c 2006 (whining noise)
I was driving home from work, as being a normal young adult blaring rap as loud as I can possibly get it. I turned it off after driving a bit after snowing and roads covered. I could hear a whining noise, every time I accelerate I can hear it. We replaced my brake pads awhile ago, added oil a little bit ago. It is a 2006 Chrysler 300c HEMI and has around 115k miles on it. I'm scared this one is going to cost me an arm and a leg! Please help!
TobisT--- Don't assume the worst. A wine on these engines is usually the belt tension idler bearing or the alternator. Either repair is not so bad but an alternator can be $100+ bucks if do the work yourself.
i have a major problem with my 300. I changed the battery & Altornator on my car, but the battery light still comes on.
*Wonder what is going on?
*Is there a fuse that I need to change?
*what could be the problem?
*what is the cause?
Any help on this....
