I have a 2003 T&C. It has 90 K miles and has developed a whining noise in the steering. At first, worse only at start up but now continuous. Dealer has been helpful to try to determine problem. A TSB has apparently been issued calling fo a longer hose and steering fluid cooler to be added for more capacity. Does anyone know if this really solves the problem? Why did it take 90 K miles to develop if the capacity was not large enough to begin with? Thanks!
