How economical is the Chrysler 300 3.0 diesel? That's the model I'm most interested in, and I would imagine due to to size of the engine and the fact that it's a diesel, it'll be the most economical 300.

I've been researching this and most places say an average of 35mpg for the 3.0 diesel 300, which I think is good for what the car is. It makes buying a 300a bit more encouraging if/when that happens, although I don't need too much encouraging as I've fell in love with this car!

35 mpg, that's insane for a car this big.
I don't know if I could personally bring myself to buy a diesel engine vehicle plus I'm not even sure if the 300 is available in diesel form in the USA.
But if that's what available to you by all means go for it!!!
You will love the car, they are awesome.

Hello Sostin. I have a 300C crd since september 2007. Very content. It is a wonderful car. takes around 0,8 to 0,9 litres per 10 km:s. Not bad for a 2 ton car I think. As I understand it you live in the U.K. and there probably as well as here in Sweden big gasolinecars are turning icecold at the usedmarket, so it is probably a good deal in the long run if you want any money for it when you sell. You are welcome to mail for details, IĀ“ll do my best to answer.
P.S. No i donĀ“t think the dieselversion exists in the USA. ( Yet )
